5 Metropolitan Housing Prices Increased
Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) House Price Index for the period February 2020 have been announced by the data.
When the developments in the housing price indices of the five major cities were evaluated, in February 2020, an increase of 2.88 percent in Istanbul, 4.21 percent in Ankara and 15 percent in Izmir was observed compared to the previous month.
Increasing by 19.94 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, KFE increased by 2.40 percent in real terms in the same period.
